The R-39 was a forest destroyer that was used to clear out Rouge Forest in the War of 1211, It can pierce almost about any type of forest until the Forest gets too thick, and the pilots are unable to pick up any heat sources. The R-39 was scrapped by Rouges after the War Of 1211 ended at Harrison City making sure that no more Forest will ever burn again in the hands of The Rivera Federation.
